Modal meetings

This module is a HubSpot meetings calendar in a modal pop-up, so visitors can book a time without leaving the page.

Content options

  • Meeting link: A HubSpot meetings link, such as a team member's calendar or a round-robin link for a team.

Opening the modal

  • Trigger: Set any button or link on the page to the URL #modal-1.
  • More than one: Modals are numbered in page order, counting Modal form modules too, so the second is #modal-2, and so on.
  • Closing: Visitors close it with the cross, the Escape key or a click outside.

Recommendations

  • Do use a team or round-robin link where you can, so bookings don't depend on one person's calendar.
  • Don't label the button "Get in touch". Say what happens, like "Book a demo", so visitors expect a calendar.
