Testimonials

This module shows customer testimonials in a carousel, either with a photo and venue logo beside each quote, or with the quote on its own.

Content options

  • Tag, body text and button: An optional heading area above the carousel, with one button.
  • Source: Custom testimonials written in the module, or testimonials from the Oolio Testimonials HubDB table.
  • HubDB testimonials: Pick the ones to show, or leave empty to show every testimonial from this site's brand's venues.
  • Testimonials: Each has a quote, name and company, plus a photo and logo in style 1.

Design options

  • Testimonial style: Style 1 shows a photo and logo beside the quote. Style 2 shows the quote on its own, full width.
  • Carousel: Arrows, swiping and arrow keys appear once there's more than one testimonial.
  • Ticks: Ticks instead of bullet points in the body text.
  • Button style: A style for the button.

Recommendations

  • Do use real quotes, with the customer's name and venue, and a photo of the venue or team.
  • Don't mix very long and very short quotes in one carousel. Every slide grows to match the tallest one.

This module displays customer testimonials in a carousel layout, available in a simple style, and a richer style that supports an accompanying image and logo. Use it to build credibility and social proof with real customer voices.

Style 1, with a photo and venue logo beside each quote, plus a tag, body text and button. It's in a full-width section, so the photo runs to the edge while the quote lines up with the content. The Yolk testimonial has no logo, as the logo is optional.
